Fishing Patagonia -Irigoyen River
FLY FISHING PATAGONIA - Irigoyen river: ITYNERARY
Fish the sea trouts in Tierra del Fuego at "Far End Lodge", located in the Maria Luisa Estancia and within 3 or 3 and 1/2 hours drive from Ushuaia or Rio Grande Airport.
The fishing is done 100% wading, using ARGO 6x6 ATV to move to the pools and between them.
Around 25 miles of private water access.
Day 1 to 7
(7N Far End Lodge) (Full Board)
Reception at Ushuaia or Rio grande Airport. Ground transfer to the Estancia Luisa.
You will spend 7 nights and fish 6 days with expert guides.
The typical daily program is:
8:00AM: Breakfast
9:00AM: Depart for the river
1:00PM: Back to the cabins for lunch and siesta.
4:00 - 5:00PM: Return to the river to fish till dusk.
Fishing hours will change slightly depending on the time of the year. The daily fishing time can be rearranged depending on many factors.
Day 8
Transfer to Rio Grande or Ushuaia airport. End of services.
Option Helifishing:
The Heli-fishing is a week for 6 anglers groups. For it, we have included, besides Irigoyen and Malenguena rivers, three new ones that never have been fished before, only by our guides. Like Irigoyen and Malenguena these rivers are small and with stunning scenery but untouched by anglers.
The access to this untamed rivers can be done only by helicopter (20´ to 30’ away), that´s why this program has been designed to fish 4 days around the lodge and 2 more days in this rivers, south of Tierra del fuego.
The 2 anglers will be taken to the area, where they will spend a whole session until evening, for two days, while the 4 other anglers will be fishing the Irigoyen and Malenguena.
This option will meet your requests for new experiences, diversiving products in unique and untouched places, just like the untamed angling way.
It´s necessary that programs do mot mix itself on the same week. We will work with Heli Fishing Program between mid January trhough mid February.
