Beach 39
Day 1, afternoon: Beach El 39 is a research area for Southern Right whales for which the ICB, a local whale conservation organization reporting to the Whale Conservation Institute & Ocean Alliance, is responsible.We pay a visit to the scientist that work there and to their field lab.
Camp. Day 2: trekking day. As we walk along an immense stretch of sandy beach escorted by impressive cliffs, we encounter bones and skeletons of stranded whales and an excellent variety of seashells. At the end of this 5-km-long beach we reach a site of particular interest that boasts a huge concentration of marine fossils dating back million years. fauna and whales watching. Back to puerto Piramides and night in eco lodge.

and take a Southern right whale sighting tour. Experience a one-night seaside
wilderness camp as you feast on a typical Patagonian specialty, the fire-cooked lamb.
Visit the largest marine fossil deposit on this peninsula and take a relaxing time off at
the beach to watch the whales jump a few meters from the coast.
