Accommodation in split-level apartments to share

6 to 24 days freeriding with expert guides
Option 1: 1 day snowcat
Option 2: 1/2 and 1 day Heliski
Price: starting at 930 Euros, 1390 US$.
Special rates until 15/05/2008 for a 2 weeks trip:
- In 8th and 15th August : 1450 Euros, 2230 US$.
- In 22th August : 1350 Euros, 2080 US$.
- In 29th August : 1250 Euros, 1925 US$ .

On this trip, you will travel by bus through Argentina up to Las Leñas. Your first day in Buenos Aires is free.
You will enjoy 2 weeks at Las Leñas, lodging at fully equipped split-level apartments to share. (Kitchen, micro wave, TV, bathroom).

Ski level
A good level is required: all mountain skiing or snowboarding in all kind of snow.
For the skiers, we recommend wide all mountain skis (skate more of 90 mm).

Physical condition
A good one is expected. To enjoy your trip, a physical training is recommended (Mountain bike, in line skate (fitness), jogging). You're going to ski at 3000 meters and more (4000). The acclimatization is easier if you are in good shape.

Gears needed
all your skiing and snowboarding equipment, bag for skiing with shovel, probe, beacon, helmet, goggles.
We have some beacon, probe and shovel to lend if necessary.

Freeride Guides
They all are professional and expert skiers with full knowledge of the area. One guide per group of 4 riders.

Equipment
We have 2 4WD for transfers at Las Leñas and trips in the valley.
We have 8 packs Beacon / probe / shovel.

Meals at Las Leñas
Meals are available at Las Leñas for about 20 pesos (beverages not included), dining at a good restaurant costs around 50 pesos. Furthermore, there is a very well supplied supermarket.

Night life
UFO point and Corona for the discos, wine bars, casino, cinema (hotel Aries).
And some restaurants...

Currency
The local currency is the peso. 4 Pesos approx.= 1 Euro and 3 pesos = 1 Usd. It is not necessary to travel with a lot of cash (pesos or dollars). Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards are accepted.

Customs
To enter the country, only a passport is needed.

Health
Nothing is compulsory concerning vaccination. Being vaccinate against Hepatitis B is recommended. And do not drink water of the tap.
