ITINERARY
Day 1 (1 N 4 stars hotel) (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning arrival at Buenos Aires. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 2(1 N Esturión) (B, Lunch plane,
Dinner)
Early morning, flight to Iguazú, in the province of Misiones. Our staff will pick you up at the airport and drive you to the hotel “Esturión”. Free afternoon. The semicircular Iguazú waterfall is some 80 mts high and 2,700 mts D and is situated on a basaltic line spanning the border between Argentina and Brazil. Formed by many cascades producing vast sprays of water, it is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. The surrounding subtropical rainforest has over 2,000 species of vascular plants and homes tapirs, giant anteaters, howler monkeys, ocelots, jaguars and caymans.
Day 3 (1 N Esturión) (B, Dinner)
After breakfast, a full day enjoying the excursions "Great Adventure” and “Ecological Tour" at the waterfalls (Argentinian side).
The great adventure is to let the Iguazú waterfalls get under your skin, bewitching your very soul. This ride is a perfect mingle of water and jungle, it starts taking you deep into the Garganta del Diablo canyon (The Devil´s Throat Canyon) in a motorboat steered by experts in the area, allowing you to experience the majestic falls. Then we sail 9 km down the Iguazú river, the way the Spanish Conquerors followed, to end up in Macuco Harbor. Now this is the very beginning of an unforgettable adventure: we will drive you 12 Km into the jungle, the “Selva Misionera” of the Iguazú National Park. 4WD vehicles are adequate for these jungle roads. After an unbelievable 1 hour tour, the great adventure ends at the Viejo Hotel (Old Hotel) parking lot, where the journey began.
Day 4 (1 N Esturión) (B, Dinner)
Visit of the waterfalls of the brazilean side.
Day 5, 6, 7, 8 (4 N Panambi lodge) (B, Lunch, Dinner)
You will be driven
to the depth of the jungle of Misiones, in the Argentine Northeastern region, to reach Panambi Lodge, a 45 km ride with
4x4. You will travel around the Selva Misionera
(Jungle), viewing the remarkable backgrounds of the tropical
forest, our guide will show you the different kinds of flora
and fauna.
During your stay, you will experience the unique chance
to enjoy nature through several open-air activities
programmed at your own convenience and without
schedule in a private natural reservation, protecting an eco-system in which are
found the greatest diversity of life forms, enriched by an exclusive palmetto planting reservation, and the presence of the most admired of all trees in this forest: the palo rosa. The main features of the “Misiones´ forest” are:
extremely high humidity, heat, and few changes in weather conditions, all of which gives rise to many kinds of animals and trees: more than 2000 vascular plants, more than 400 species of birds, more than 100 species of mammals and a huge number of insects. The lodge has comfortable private rooms, equipped with furniture made with timber of fallen trees. Each one has a private bathroom and bedrooms for one, two or more guests. They were designed with big windows which
open to a private terrace overlooking the forest. The restaurant offers a variety of
choices, including typical dishes and international food. You can enjoy a swimming-pool, a jacuzzi and an observation tower.
Day 9 (1 N 4 stars hotel) (B)
During the morning, you can rest or enjoy the activities of the Lodge. In the afternoon, transfer to the local airport and flight to Buenos Aires. Our staff will drive you to the hotel. Free evening.
Day 10 (B, lunch plane)
Transfer to airport. End of services.
OPTION: FOLLOWING THE TRACKS OF THE JAGUAR
The American Jaguar, also known as Yaguareté (Leo Onca) is the bigger predator of the Jungle Paranaense; his presence means that the area still possesses a high degree of conservation. It was hunted for its fur or simply out of fear for many years until the Government declared the site a “Protected Natural Monument “ banning yaguareté (jaguar) hunting. Today the Jaguar lives in the Parks and Reservations that cover 15,4 % of the provincial surface. Zekeseven proposes to visit and cross the home areas of the Jaguar, following its tracks in the jungle guided by an old hunter who is today a naturalist.
Day 9
Transfer from Puerto Iguazú. Visit to the Refuge Timbó Gigante, an protected gigantic tree. Lunch at “Stay of the High Parana”. We visit a Colonist who has a very particular way of preserving captured Yaguareté. Lodging in a Refuge near the 92.000-hectares Provincial Park Urugua-í.
Day 10
After breakfast, we enter the Jungle with the help of Albino Mackowiak, a former Yaguareté hunter. We search for and follow the tracks of the magnificent feline. Return to the Refuge and dinner.
Day 11
Breakfast. Trekking in the Provincial Park Urugua-I accompanied by Park Guards. Lunch, check out and transfer to Posadas.
Lodging at hotel or estancia.
Day 12
Transfer to the airport and flight to Buenos Aires. Our staff will drive you to the hotel. Free evening.
Day 13
Transfer to airport. End of services.
